10. Cancellation and Credit Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
- 12+ Hours Notice: Full refund.
- Less than 12 Hours Notice: A 50% service fee will be deducted. The remaining 50% will be issued as a Ride Credit valid for 90 days.
- The "Full Credit" Exception: If you reschedule your ride at the time of cancellation, 100% of your payment will be applied to the new booking.
- Standard Wait Time: We provide a complimentary grace period of 15 minutes for non-airport and non-cruise-port pickups. For airport and cruise port pickups, the grace period is 30 minutes from the scheduled pickup time to allow for baggage claim and customs (where applicable).
- Definition of No-Show: If the passenger cannot be located or has not contacted the driver or office by the end of the designated grace period, the ride will be considered a No-Show.
- No-Show Fee: In the event of a No-Show, the customer will be charged the full total cost of the ride, and no refund will be provided.
