Medical Transportation Punta Gorda | Mister G's Med Ride
We don't just pick you up at the curb; we provide complete, escorted, door-through-door care from the moment you book until you are safely back home. Here is exactly what you can expect when you ride with us.
1. Seamless Booking & Reminders
- Instant Confirmation: As soon as you schedule your ride, you will receive a confirmation message detailing your pickup times, trip details, and any specific mobility notes.
- Day-Before Peace of Mind: We send a courtesy reminder the afternoon before your trip to verify your schedule and provide your driver’s direct contact number.
- En-Route Alerts: On the day of your appointment, we will notify you the moment your driver is on the way so you know exactly when to look for us.
2. True Door-to-Door Assistance
- At Your Front Door: We never wait on the street. Your driver will walk up to your door, greet you, and assist you safely to our clean, clearly branded vehicle.
- A Comfortable Ride: Enjoy a smooth, direct trip in a modern vehicle with the climate control adjusted entirely to your preference.
3. Escorted Check-In & Return Care
- Guided Check-In: Upon arrival, we walk you inside the building and assist you at the reception desk or waiting area. We never leave you to navigate a busy medical plaza alone.
- Seamless Return Trips: For round-trips with variable end times (like dialysis or therapy), simply have the clinic staff call us when your treatment is wrapping up. We will arrive promptly to bring you safely home.
4. Mobility Support
We easily accommodate personal mobility aids to ensure a safe, stress-free trip:
- Walkers & Rollators: We assist you along walkways, help you step safely into the vehicle, and securely stow your equipment during the ride.
- Ambulatory Wheelchair Transfers: For clients who use manual wheelchairs but can safely transfer into a standard passenger seat, we provide steady physical support during the transfer and handle all the loading and unloading of your wheelchair.
Key Medical Destinations We Serve
We provide direct transportation to major regional healthcare facilities, including:
- Advent Health Port Charlotte (Harbor Blvd)
- HCA Florida Fawcett Hospital (Olean Blvd)
- Advent/Health Primary Care & Outpatient Clinics (Punta Gorda)
